We strive to take the time to attend to each patient individually with consideration and to treat each patient to the best of our ability. We therefore kindly ask you to acknowledge that we only work with appointments. For the sake of other patients, please come to appointments on time. (Please come about five to ten minutes prior to your appointment to take care of administrative concerns beforehand). Waiting time and delays may nevertheless arise due to the occasional emergencies that we cannot foresee. We apologize if you are not always able to reach us immediately over the phone. We receive several phone calls from patients, hospitals, and other clinics, etc., throughout the day. It is therefore not always possible to take every phone call, as we also need to meet the demands of patients in the office. Please send us an email in this case.
